Woodford Wells Club

• Introduced coaching programme at Woodford Wells Club in 2015. Despite numerous constraints, junior section with teams were launched

• Within 9 months, weekly sessions were increased from 2 to 5 to fulfil the demand

• Within 2 years a full structure had developed, and junior and adult sessions were running on full capacity

• Woodford Wells now has several junior league and adult local league teams, 2 senior British league teams and regularly produces highly ranked players

• The success at Woodford Wells was achieved without any funding or club support
